After Computershare, Ted worked in business development and marketing at several law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell, Paul Weiss, Arent Fox (now ArentFox Schiff), Walkers Global (Cayman Islands) and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe. Ted has also worked as a consultant for MergerMarket (now Acuris), and Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), and remains an advisor for MergersCorp, an M&A advisory firm where Ted leverages his law firm, banking and private equity firm relationships to pair seller company clients with prospective buyers, often working with leading (AmLaw 100) law firms to refer opportunities for their buy-side clients where the law firm then does the buy-side M&A work, creating a mutually advantageous relationship all around.
At Dailey LLP, Ted’s focus is:
- Development of opportunities with new and existing clients and key referral sources;
- Implementation of the Firm’s business development plan; and
- Development of opportunities to refer business to current clients, prospective clients, and referral firms in areas Dailey LLP does not work.
Beyond Dailey
Ted lives at the Jersey Shore with his wife and three kids. Outside of the office, Ted enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball and tennis, writing, watching sports and going to the beach, weather permitting.
