    We also counsel executives and professionals through all phases of their employment relationship and draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, severance/separation agreements and restrictive covenants, including noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements.

    Representative Matters

    • Defended and achieved early-in-litigation, de minimus settlement of race discrimination and retaliation claim by former employee.
    • Conducted workplace investigation, on behalf of employer client, of alleged hostile work environment based on sex claims of former employee.
    • Prepared comprehensive personnel policies, onboarding and separation template documents and conducted manager and employee workplace trainings for multi-state employer client.
    • Drafted restrictive covenant documentation (non-compete; non-solicitation; confidentiality agreements) for employer’s executive staff.
