Defending clients in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on class action and white collar defense.

Prior to joining Dailey LLP, Julie practiced at Akin Gump. She has substantial complex litigation experience, including defending class actions, handling internal investigations, and defending government investigations.

Julie began her career clerking in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Following her clerkship, she practiced at Kellogg, Hansen, Todd, Figel & Frederick PLLC, a premier litigation boutique in Washington, D.C., where she was involved in complex multidistrict litigation. She then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she gained valuable insight into federal practice and judicial decision-making.

Julie understands how to efficiently handle high-stakes litigation and investigations and to effectively guide clients through the strategy and process that will bring about the best possible resolution.

Beyond Dailey

Julie’s joy is raising her two young sons with her husband in the Fairmount section of the city. She loves to spend time with her large family and enjoys being part of her local community, including as a Committeeperson in the 15th Ward.
