Employment Lawyer Jacqueline Woolley Joins Dailey LLP

Jan 31, 2021

Employment law veteran Jackie Woolley joined Dailey LLP as of February 1, 2021, bringing over 25 years of employment law experience. Like many attorneys at Dailey LLP, Woolley has big firm and high-end boutique roots, having spent a number of years at an AmLaw 100 firm based in Philadelphia before joining a prominent employment law boutique in the region.

According to Dailey LLP partner, Lisa Dailey: “Businesses turn to us to solve complex issues facing their companies, and Jackie provides us with the high-level experience to help them with their employment law issues.”

Woolley’s prior firm was beginning to wind down as the firm Founder decided to scale back. Dailey LLP attorneys and Woolley had referred cases to each other in the past, so they began talking about how their practices fit together. Woolley also was drawn by the firm’s operating model, stating:

“When we sat down and they showed me how information flowed through their firm, and how they leveraged technology, I knew this was where I wanted to be. They are so far ahead of other firms when it comes to tackling the issues that make other law firms inefficient. I am excited for my clients to benefit from that, and for me to help them improve on that model.”

Woolley handles a variety of employer-side work including:

  • advising on all aspects of the employment relationship;
  • drafting and revising employment-related agreements, policies and employee handbooks;
  • alternative dispute resolution and litigation;
  • regulatory investigations; and
  • workplace training and investigations.

Woolley’s practice also includes counseling and representing employees with regard to the terms and conditions of their employment.

Founded in 2019, Dailey LLP now has 8 attorneys and was founded “with a mission to transform how legal services are delivered to businesses.”
