Erin Hanlon, an experienced litigator who has spent almost fifteen years handling federal court matters, joined Dailey LLP in January of 2023. Erin spent the last eight years as the career law clerk to the Honorable Late Marilyn Heffley, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Prior to that, Ms. Hanlon spent seven years in the litigation practice at a large international law firm.
Regarding the addition of Ms. Hanlon, Jeff Dailey stated, “We met Erin and her family through our kids’ sports activities and immediately knew that she would be a great fit at our firm. In addition, her deep understanding of how the Federal Judiciary operates and decides matters will be invaluable as we advocate for our clients in federal court matters.”
Regarding her decision to join Dailey LLP, Erin states: “After speaking with Jeff about Dailey LLP, I was immediately excited about the opportunity to work on complex legal matters with a team of attorneys that truly appreciate the value of relationships. I look forward to using my extensive Federal Judiciary and corporate litigation experience to advocate for our clients.”
Erin will work out of Dailey LLP’s Philadelphia and Media offices.
Dailey LLP has offices in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York, and was founded in 2019 “with a mission to transform how legal services are delivered to businesses.”
