The mission of the Founders of Dailey LLP is to serve clients with a “law firm model for a new era.“
April 2019, Philadelphia PA — Jeffery A. Dailey, Gay Parks Rainville, Lisa L. Dailey and Alfred Anthony Brown launched a boutique litigation firm, Dailey LLP, with offices in Philadelphia, New York City and Media, PA.
The Dailey LLP team of attorneys will offer clients deep experience handling high-stakes litigation, arbitrations and investigations, and an approach that clients are now actively seeking in their legal counsel. Several recent legal surveys have noted the trend of companies shifting work to experienced boutique firms. The 2018 Altman Weil Chief Legal Officer Survey found that more than 30 percent of Chief Legal Officers are shifting work and “are successfully using smaller law firms that offer quality work and service at considerable reductions in cost.“
“After handling some of the biggest cases at one of the world’s largest firms, I am excited to partner with these attorneys to offer a unique value proposition for our clients,“ says Jeff Dailey, who spent 19 years at Akin Gump.
Gay Parks Rainville notes: “By using more experienced attorneys and integrated and innovative technology, our approach truly focuses on client needs, eliminates traditional law firm inefficiencies and administrative bloat, and produces better client results at a lower overall cost.“
Dailey LLP’s offices are located at 1650 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103; 218 W. Front Street, Media, PA 19063; and 1250 Broadway, New York, NY 10001.
