Matthew focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, including representing clients in connection with contractual disputes, merger and acquisition litigation, appraisal litigation, derivative litigation and federal securities suits in state and federal courts. Matthew’s practice also involves advising clients on the Delaware law of corporations and other corporate law issues.
