Dailey LLP Welcomes Experienced Business Development Director Ted Calabrese

Dailey LLP is pleased to welcome Ted Calabrese to the Firm as its first Business Development Director.  Ted is an attorney with several years of experience working in-house as well as litigating in state and federal courts. After law school, Ted started his career at Computershare, a publicly listed, Australian securities firm (ASX: CPU) as an attorney and a member of the Business Development Team where he developed referral relationships with leading law firms and other professional services firms, financial institutions and public companies, much like in his new role at Dailey LLP.

After Computershare, Ted worked in business development and marketing at several law firms, including Sullivan & Cromwell, Paul Weiss, Arent Fox (now ArentFox Schiff), Walkers Global, Orrick Herrington, and Reger, Rizzo & Darnall. Ted has also worked as a consultant for MergerMarket (now Acuris), and Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), and remains an advisor for MergersCorp, an M&A advisory firm where Ted leverages his law firm, banking and private equity firm relationships to pair seller company clients with prospective buyers.

At Dailey LLP, Ted will focus on the:

• development of opportunities with new and existing clients and key referral sources;
• implementation of the Firm’s business development plan; and
• development of opportunities to refer business to current clients, prospective clients, and referral firms in areas Dailey LLP does not work.

Regarding the addition of Mr. Calabrese, Jeff Dailey stated, “Ted brings deep experience and relationships that will help us grow and further solidify ourselves as a top litigation boutique choice for companies and referring law firms.”

Ted lives at the Jersey Shore with his wife and three kids.
