Experienced Delaware Court of Chancery litigator Andrew H. Sauder joined Dailey LLP in July 2021. After law school, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Immediately prior to joining Dailey LLP, Andrew practiced with the Corporate Litigation Group at Potter Anderson & Corroon.
According to Dailey LLP co-founder Jeff Dailey, “As a seasoned lawyer at one of Delaware’s premier law firms, Andrew could have joined any number of high-profile firms. But, when I met Andrew, he had no interest in leaving his prior firm. As we got to know each other over time we realized that we shared similar views on the future of the profession and ways to improve law firm efficiency. Andrew’s background is a natural fit with our existing Business Litigation practice, which includes work in the Delaware Court of Chancery. We look forward to Andrew growing that practice and helping us to further cement our reputation as a premier Business and Corporate Litigation Boutique.”
Sauder echoed that sentiment: “Soon after meeting Jeff, I realized that Dailey LLP was built from the ground up to provide sophisticated legal services through an efficient platform. The firm presents a compelling proposition for clients contemplating or facing litigation. I am proud to join the firm, and look forward to using my experience in the Delaware courts, and especially the Court of Chancery, to continue Dailey LLP’s growth.”
Dailey LLP was founded in 2019 “with a mission to transform how legal services are delivered to businesses.”
